Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Please note we charge a small refund fee of 49 on all refunds below 1699 & 99 on orders above 1699 to cover our refund processing costs. 

Also, in Returns we charge reverse shipping of flat 100 on one item reverse shipping & flat 200₹ on two or more item's reverse shipping. (whatever the costs, can be shared with you transparently on request)

No charges to be levied for Exchanges.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with a valid reason to return/exchange the product.

If your return is accepted, you need to handover your package to our delivery partner. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify the same.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like worn/used clothing due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 

To exchange an item for size/color OR other item, place a return request for the delivered product and place the order for preferred product. The exchanged product will be refunded once it satisfies the return conditions.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your Bank to process and post the refund status.

In case of partial refunds, fractional adjustment of discounts will be applicable. For example: you have ordered 3 items, with the applicable discount code of 25%, and are returning 2 items and keeping 1. This would demote discount to 10% as applicable on 1 item and will be counted as per the same.

 Your refund should reflect in your bank account (in case of COD) & in your original payment mode (in case of Prepaid) within 7-10 days of us receiving the shipment.
